The Stark Mountain Foundation's success can be attributed to its dedicated, passionate, and tireless volunteers who have helped keep things running for over 20+ years. Without our volunteers, none of what we do would be possible. Currently, our volunteers serve on our board, fundraise, organize our ski scholarship program, and run our environmental education programs.

Our current volunteer committees include:

  • The Environmental Education Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of our environmental education programs and activities.

  • The Finance Committee provides fiduciary leadership, financial oversight and guidance for the Stark Mountain Foundation board of directors.

  • The Fundraising Committee plans and develops strategies for the Stark Mountain Foundation Board to meet its fundraising goals.

  • The Children’s Ski Scholarship Committee plans, and implements our children’s ski scholarship programs.
